Why is it that we know more about people after they are dead? Seriously, that sucks!

Richard Thompson, the creator of Cul de Sac…gone.I loved that comic.

I just found Cul de Sac a few months ago and find out thru Betty that Richard Thompson, the creator of Cul de Sac, is gone. Truly sad. Thanks Gary & Gerry for your tribute.

I met Richard when he was a college student doing work that he sold at Science Fiction conventions. He was brilliant then and his work is STILL brilliant — and although he grew older, a good part of him NEVER grew up — which is why Cul de Sac was SO wonderful. Rest in Peace, my long-ago friend.
