You don’t have to do a major, knocking down walls-type of reno. New paint, new furniture, restyling placement of furniture. Repaint kitchen cabinets and change drawer and cabinet hardware. It does a long way and you don’t need tens of thousands of dollars to “refresh” your home’s look.

My parent’s neighbors did a “remodel” where they literally tore down to leaving only 1 wall. The longer you wait – the deeper that remodel gets.
