NATE: HEEL! CELEBRITY INTERVIEW! Here's your host Chip Chipson! CHIP: Friends, our guest today is "canine control specialist" Herman Shepherd! HERMAN: Howdy, Chip. CHIP: Herman, isn't "canine control specialist" just a fancy-pants way of saying "Dog Cathcer?" HERMAN: Not at all! Of course rounding up strays is part of it, but the most important aspect of the job is protecting the public! For example: in 1997 I captured the infamous "Hydro Phoebe" and her rabid band of followers! I also collared "Attilla The Jusky" in 1999...and in 2001, "Notorious P.U.G.!" CHIP: Impressive resume! HERMAN: Believe me, Chip, they're not all success stories. Many dogs have slipped through my fingers! Not hardened criminals mind you, but dogs who nonetheless are dangerous! Dogs who are a menace to everyone around them! NATE: Did you hear something? FRANCIS: Hm?
how did spisty get the wagon?
