I did’t realize grade inflation has become so extreme since my school daze. Back in the early ‘60s nobody got 86% with zero effort. A 96 was an H, an 86 was a solid A, 66 was a low B, 56 was a C, and 46 was a D. Sounds like all the grades have been compressed upwards by about 20%.
