Nate is so dumb, I don’t have to explain why.

Which comic is the Sunday where Nate writes “I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed your class this year” in Mrs. Godfrey’s yearbook?

Meh, been done before (sort of) and now after Nate was an idiot it’s time for Godfrey to be totally unreasonable.

You know what’s sad? Through the astronomical summer, starting tomorrow, I’ll be having a lot of work going on every day for 3 months:

Monday and Tuesday: college course

Wednesday and Thursday: work internship

Friday: robotics class

Saturday and Sunday: writing and drawing my next book

Don’t worry, I’ll still find time to make a quick comment on a Big Nate comic everyday as usual. Let’s hope for some Daphne arcs to make things worthwhile

She got your dumb behind to get a 92 on a test, she is a great teacher. It just irks you that she doesn’t let you get away with your garbage.

On the other hand, maybe Mrs. Godfrey is a bad teacher, after all.

Okay, now THAT’S just messed up. You don’t judge someone by how they sign your yearbook! Heck, when I asked people to sign my yearbook in my high school, one guy just signed their name, while the vast majority wrote messages about how they appreciated me. But do I single the guy out for just signing his name? No! As long as you signed my yearbook, we’re good!

Strip rating: 1/10 Grade on a yearbook inscription. Ridiculous. Completely ruins this strip for me.

In July, I will be going to visit Colgate university, one of the colleges. So I will be inactive for one week in July.

If Daphne just vanishes from the strip forever… Boy.
