He’s a Virgil-ante, metering out his own justice. Doing it ode school.

Bruce Bond is a poet. He has a license to quill.

WoodEye said, A brown pelican? Never seen one.

They’re common in the Gulf of Mexico now.

He must have tried to wing it, and failed miserably.

Throwing the book at what looks like Big Bird probably isn’t smart, and now he doesn’t have 1 leg to stand on.

    Mornin’ folks.

My favorite thing about Brown Pelicans is they have Don Martin feet.

Face in the tree in the painting on the wall.

Part of the Hole In The Wall Gang?

HOORAY! They’ve arrested the pelican from Daddy’s Home. Good riddance!

If it really was “Favorite Pioneer Poems”, the dead birdbrain should have been smothered with a poetically just Banana Cream Pie upside the head. Not seeing stars–unless the offending poems were about Hollywood celebs.

Face alert: in the tree in the picture, possibly.

I was once waiting for a train. Standing in the rain. When I met a birdbrain. Then I was really in pain.

    (hiding from poetic justice now)

Is that Big Bird that Pelican killed? For shame Thom! Millions of adult children will avenge Big Bird’s demise.

    Poetically speaking, of course.
