Said establishment once had a wry commercial where Santa Claus’ sleigh (pulled by reindeer) met a ‘57 Chevy convertible (pulled by a winged buffalo) in midair. In the background, to the tune of “We Will Rock You”, was heard the jingle:

Let’s see: West Dakota has both a Bison and Buffalo. (They are both listed on at least one sign: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bison,_South_Dakota). Over in East Dakota, NDSU mascot is the Bison, and Buffalo is a town.

So should we buffalo him into believing the buffalo wings are in Buffalo? Think he would get on his tractor and drive there for some?

bmonk, I have driven by the signs for Bison and Buffalo many times. Have you seen the signs put out by locals nearby? One is in a vast empty field leaning against an oven with the door open. The sign reads…open range. The other is in Buford on a house with the North facing walls missing. The house is decorated within with chairs a TV and a crib. Three figures are posed within. A stuffed man is upon the couch as is his stuffed woman. In a crib is a baby. A sign is posted outside the house that says…Buford model homes.
