At least the rocket bike had a parachute

Lots of faces in the tree trunk.

What is that black thing that Young Evel is jumping over?

Because when he hit the ground, he bounced back.

It was not a GoodYear for young Evel.

^ After doing hundreds of hash runs, I can’t think of ‘Swing Low’ without thinking of the Hash version.ML, not sure what the black thing is except that I’m pretty sure he’s arcing out over the Snake Creek gully.There are also texture/light and shadow faces in the grass between the gully and the distant hills and on the, er, face of the gully.

Hmm. Is that a face in his left pants leg?

Also, the black thing seems to have a face looking up at his shoes.

I thought that black thing was a dog at first!

Fortunately he landed safely on the big piles of black elephant poop below.

And so Knievel’s stunt career began.
