I don’t think he’d find it any easier to be a lake or river gull.
On the other hand, I see lots of “sea” gulls in fields far from any large body of water. I wonder if any of them never spend time on the water.
I live on the Maine coast, seagulls don’t regurgitate. As a kid I saw what Alka-Selza had as an effect when you feed them one……
