You’re a turtle. You’re in water.
He feels like he’s “a fish out of water”
Deep Thoughts.
Depends, are you drowning?
Maybe you’re a Turtle, but you identify as a Tortoise
You look like a tortoise, considering you don’t have flippers.. Confused, definitely.
Go back ashore and google it….
Happy Birthday Johnathan‼️!

A tortoise who can hold his breath for a really long time.
Drawn as a Tortoise, so underwater, he’ll drown. He’s too heavy to swim.
Either way, “You bet are sweet a##.” is the correct response.
Looks like he is really immersed in thought. Maybe it’s time for a breather.
If you had a race with a hare, did you win?
All tortoises are turtles
Excellent work, Mr Bliss! The artwork is so well done that this critter is definitely a tortoise; in fact, he looks like a Sonoran tortoise unless I miss my guess. The artwork is outstanding as always.
Our older granddaughter is fascinated with the chelonians. She knows turtle, tortoise, and terrapin.
Whichever, you’ve got a lot of time to think about it. :)
Life’s too short — even when you live as long as they do — to worry about labels.
Don’t trust your GPS. Retrace your steps.
Don’t ask that evolutionary guy. He doesn’t know a species from a link. Ask Santa for a travel guide, a guide of lakeside inns and a periscope.
You should ask a certain grumpy fella over at the ‘Little Dog Lost’ comic strip, I am certain he would have an opinion on the matter.
Looks like a tortoise under water. Excellent depiction of Mr. Steve’s idea. I love your art. I have the books!
