Those are some humongous mosquitoes.

At least there are only 2!

Scary with the people but cool looking bugs.

I do miss Alaska

When I moved to California, I would tell people about the mosquitos in Texas. They carry off small children but bring them back soon to plump up again

It is now believed that mosquitos can be eliminated without any detriment to the ecosystem. The question is how to do it without messing up the ecosystem.

went fishing on the gunnison river and was swarmed by the little buggers. And I’m a scratcher, so theres now 14 welts on me. Blood suckers is an understatement.
