Opus looks cute in his shower cap. One rule at our hot tub, no bathing suits allowed.

Jeez Dallas, don’t you know you can drown in a hot tub wearing all those big, ugly, gold medallions?

I’ve never understood what she meant when she referred to E.S.T. Is it “Electro Shock Therapy”? “Eastern Standard Time”?

(Initially I thought it might be a misprint of E.S.P.)

    Anyone know?

Sedasa Malthorne - EST stands for Erhard Seminars Training. It was a self-awareness program popular in the 70’s and early ‘80’s. People went to them to get “IT”. It was controversial and the subject of satire and derision in the movies and among non-followers. The movie “Semi-Tough” raked it over the coals as a sub-plot.

How come Opus was already at Bobbi’s house, and dressed for a shower? Is there something about the two of them that we should know?

Um– Strictly platonic, don’cha know. Opus is small and cute and cuddly, quite non-threatening. Binkley and all the neighbors would approve. The hot tub, while a trope of the ’70s, is still fondly remembered (while sadly avoided by the health-conscious)…
