Opus is obviously living in New Orleans. Cockroaches were everywhere. Even in some of the finer restaurants in the Quarter.
Later, I live in the Philippines for a few years. My word! I didn’t realize bugs got that big. Then the geckos moved in. Finally, I walked into the living room and came upon a cobra, which my Filipino neighbor dispatched with a bolo. I began thinking if I was going to have so many uninvited house companions I’d start charging rent.
Jo jo are you serious? An A-Team movie. I vaguely remember a little of A-Team, I remmeber the wierd guy with the hat and Mr. T and the guy who never took the cigar out of his mouth, but I was really little.
I once saw a cockroach about two inches long crossing the sidewalk in front of me. I stepped on it and it went SPLAT. Then it continued skittering away. When humans are gone and the roaches take over the planet, they will deserve it.
Damnation Alley, I remember it as well as A-team. Better yet the lead character was in both if I recall. maybe not, been awhile.
I have hopes that they don’t screw up the A Team movie like so many other of my childhood tv favorite. A-team, Dukes of hazard, Knight rider, air wolf, BJ and the bear, Battlestar Galactic, Batman and Robin. Charlies Angles, Brady bunch, Gilligan’s Island. You are missed but not forgotten.
Sniff.
The first Battlestar Galactica was a full dud; two million for effects, twenty-five cents for a script. Meh. More recently, they hired some writers (likely from the soaps).

I pity the cockroach that crosses Opus.

Those are awfully small cockroaches - but what do I know? The only roaches I’ve ever seen are the size of a pontoon.

You know a comic strip reader isn’t a kid when he can remember the A Team.

You won’t be able to say that for long; there’s a feature film remake in the works.

Ah, yes. The Philippines, where you can’t tell the roaches from the rats without a necropsy.

Now Babylon 5, that was a serious story arc!
