The Boondocks by Aaron McGruder for September 14, 2008
Transcript:
Caesar: You're insane!! Tobogganing is not an extreme sport! Huey: It most certainly is. And like skydiving and bungee jumping, it's strictly for the crazy, white suburbanites whose lives are so comfortable they have to make up new ways to kill themselves just to get an addrenaline rush...no thank you. Reckless suicides are counterrevolutionary. Caesar: This has nothing to do with the revolution...you're just scared!! Huey: Uh-huh...I bet the Bush regime would just love for me to bust my head against that tree right there...but it ain't gonna happen!!
Not all Kennedys have followed in the “boys will be wild and girls will obey” mold of the first famous American Kennedy, who lobotimized his unwilling daughter; but, yes, one great, or great great, grandchild, a young man who cared neither for God’s nor man’s laws, nor even for the safety of others, in the 1990’s did bust his head against a tree as he passed a football back and forth with a friend on a ski slope. Good moral there somewhere. Oh, and Huey of the Boondocks is not related to them. Right.
