"Bush talks money..." TV: "I would like to point out several key economic indicators that show the American economy is right on track." "Key economic indicator number one: Me and my family. We're all filthy rich. Key economic indicator number two: Vice President Cheney and his friends. Also doing just fine." "Key economic indicator number three: National security advisor Condoleezza Rice. She's paid like nobody's business..."
I still remember how Bush’s daddy went out shopping to stimulate the economy (in between Kennebunkport vacations on his cigarette-boat racer). He thought he would wow America by buying a few pairs of crew socks. Instead, all folks remember is that couldn’t stop marveling at the checkout scanner and asked the cashier about it … just like a man who hasn’t had to personally pay real money for anything in years.
The shrub is a true scion.
