Caesar: I keep gitting this forwarded e-mail saying that the voting rights act will expire in 2007, and black people won't be able to vote anymore. Is that true? Huey: That's rediculous. The voting riths act was a means to enfore the 15th amendment to the constitution, which is waht actually gives black people the right to vote. Casear: Oh, so when does the 15th amendment expire? Huey: That expired November 7, 2000.
