Caesar: Rumsfeld says the abuse of Iraqi prisoners is "Un-American." Huey: Really? A bunch of men stripped, humiliated, and abused physically and sexually? Sounds like every prison I've ever heard about in America. Caesar: Maybe he's never seen "Oz." Huey: Someone should send him a tape.
The difference here is the abuse in American prison [i]usually[/i] comes from fellow prisoners. The abuse of the Iraqi prisoners was exclusively at the hands of the prison management.
