Forget it, Huey. The US has 3 justice systems: The regular courts, where you are (nominally) innocent until proven guilty; the military courts, where you are guilty until proven innocent; and the juvenile courts, where you are guilty. If you are in front of a juvenile judge, the possibility of your innocence is not considered (no, we don’t need to go into how I know this………)
