It could’ve been worse. Our leader could’ve been the spoiled son of a powerful slum lord from a wealthy real estate family who is supported by religious fundamentalists, operates through clandestine organizations, has no respect for the democratic electoral process, tear gasses innocent protestors and uses the Supreme Court to deny people their civil liberties.
