Several years ago when I found a home use espresso machine and did the cost comparison of an SB to one that takes less than 10 minutes to make, the conclusion was a no-brainer. I do buy coffee when on the road but never an espresso drink.
On the other hand the wife’s go wild time is a grande latte with a slice of their pound cake. I make it a point to never go in the store with her and never ask to see the total.
