In general, corporations hire and promote people who don’t make waves while maintaining the status quo. That does not require anyone good at math or qualified to identify those who are good at math.Friendship and community are chosen much the same way. We prefer the company of those whom we like and like the people who agree with us. The rest we can just call “Fake News” regardless of any evidence otherwise. This is why believers live in bondage to mediocrity.

Numbers don’t lie…Employees do.
