The states should require support animals to be trained by a professional animal trainer and certified by a board of veterinarians. 90% of the animals I see out there are simply pets, and not a trained therapy animal. Hell watched a supposed seeing eye dog walk into the street and almost killed (broke its leg) its owner’s action showed she had not been trained to work with the dog properly.
