What do you put into a toaster that requires the “10” setting?

Reminds me of the “I Love Lucy” episodes of her toaster springing toast in the air.

Why does she want to adjust the toaster? Does she want the toast to go farther?

The toast will burn out on re-entry.

I personally enjoy hitting the cancel button and catching the toast as it pops up. Gives me a good start to my day. An even better start to my day is catching the toast without first hitting the cancel button.

Get a toaster oven. I have both, but prefer the old fashioned pop up toaster for bread and English muffins. Faster than the oven

Isn’t it better to make a sport of it.

Move the table to the landing zone. Adjust plate placement to fine tune. A target of a plate of melted butter might be fun.

Ahhhh, the great dream, to be able to adjust a toaster’s bread lift.
