1. Say, what’s that thing Bozo was supposed to carries?
2. This just has to go on me social media netw… Oh, I means newspaper!
3. Ah, golf. The gentlemanly game.
…
Every Bozo comic is impressive. Beautiful artwork and shading, creating a three dimensional depthful cartoon world on a two dimensional screen, or originally on two dimensional paper. Foxo’s Bozo always has background details and lovely shading. And it goes without saying that I gives it a big thumbs up and a big applause for the marvellous masterpiece it is!
Today Bozo holds a camera. Perhaps Foxo was interested in photography too, and he may have even took some great ones. Every panel he draws in Bozo is like a photograph of a three dimensional cartoon world. He certainly was master of perspective who created this picturesque pantomime, a man certainly born for cartooning.
Cameras those days must’ve been expensive though, and only a few folks might’ve owned one, unlike these days where handheld phones typically come with cameras. How things has changed over the ages and how some things remains the same.
Bozo is showing he is a Renaissance Man in his wide variety of abilities and interests.
1) Voilà Bus: Bozo waiting in the shade with his viola ready to go catch a bus. He catches a large lady by accident! Voilà!
2) Camera Ready!: Bozo in the high country sees a person has fallen and fortune saves him by catching his pants on a brush bush. Bozo gets his movie camera to film it just like now 74 years ago.
3) Birdy Bogie: Bozo golfing has trouble concentrating as a melodious singing bird does its thing. In anger he swings and a MISS!
Boy, I sure hope that guy caught on a branch gets rescued. I’m not sure how to go about it without a ’copter and/or a mountaineering team. Someone call Beetle Bailey!
Don’t understand what is happening in #1….Miscue. In #3, Fuzzy golfing with his open umbrella….funny!!!!! But will Bozo get in trouble with animal activists 72 years later???
