What better throwback on Thursday than these glorious gems from a golden era and by a man with pure golden talents.
For those who come in late, these fabulous fun funnies was envisioned and executed so beautifully and brilliantly by FoXo Reardon, a true master cartoonist who told his funny tales with his awesome artwork alone, without any of his characters in BOZO ever saying a single word.
An especially excellent epitome of pictures speaking thousand words, BOZO also the most pleasant picturesque pantomime where every panel is like a photograph of a three-dimensional cartoon world of realistic-looking depths and details. Such was his powerful perspective artwork which brought to life a lovely lively world of BOZO!
FoXo a rare combination of both sharp wits and artistic talents which is rarely seen together in the same cartoonist, a true master and professional cartoonist whose work quality speaks for itself and as you can see for yourself BOZO is pure gold coming from a golden era of cartooning!
BOZO is pure gold coming from a golden era of cartooning! More about FoXo and BOZO in the About page.
So no wonder that these wonderful wordless wonders still bring great joy and sheer cheer to many even today.
But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.
Spread the word, friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to many many more!
…
And yes of course another big thumbs up, big applause, and three cheers once again for the marvellous master FoXo’s magnificent masterpiece, the most pleasant picturesque pantomime, the ever entertaining ever energetic ever enjoyable ever excellent evergreen entertainer, the brilliantly beautiful and beautifully brilliant BOZO!
…
And yes of course many thanks to Micheal Reardon for bringing BOZO back for us all!

The CYNIC- Bozo teaches go higher in the mountains to RAZZBERRY the other mountain. THE KICK OFF- Bozo teaches to kick the Center to make a Field Goal, problem is that play winds up with illegal play 5 yard penalty.

1. Bozo had to take the top bunk. I’m guessing the cop wanted the bottom bunk for later.
2. We now know how Bozo feels about climbing Echo Mountain.
3. I got a feeling this is a trick play involving the Umbrella Guy.

1 Bozo don’t mind moving on up half as much as not having packed a brick for a pillow. (Up All Night — One Direction)
2 Bozo goes mountain climbing only to notice the next one over is even taller. (Go Tell It On The Mountain — Trad.)
3 Bozo gets his kicks on Number 66. ( I Get A Kick Out Of You — Ethel Merman)

1. Outdoor rest can’t pass the test of Copper’s prying eyes. Adjust your spot. He sees you not. Slumber is the prize.
2. A test of skill, he climbs it still. Makes his displeasure known. Now drenched in sweat, he’ll echo yet. To raspberries he’s prone.
3. One last rhyme. It’s kick off time, and Bozo gives his all. Naughty fink does turn and wink. His teammate takes a a fall.

1) I’ll just move one floor up and sleep on the sill, copper!
2) It’s a long way up to razz an echo, but it’s decent enough to razz back.
3) Bozo gives us a sneak preview of a butt kicking (see my response to some idiot from R’yleh’s comment).
