Well, the diary may be heartfelt but the paining’s kinda cheesy.

I can’t wait for Old Mag to get impatient and take matters into her own capable, clever, black-gloved paws..

I must say, that cheese looks infinitely more desirable than the ferret. (ﾐゝᆽ╹ﾐ)

Ah, sigh, she’s moved from the take-to-the-bed, eat-ice-cream stage, to the endless journalling stage. I suppose wearing all blue is a step forward in healing, from Victorian Ghost.

Looks like Tommy and Sophie have a magic cat closet too.

Sacré blue! Not thees again. And there a blue beret too.

That last picture gives me life. As does Sophie’s outfit.

I think Natasha should slip back in to the place where the ferrets – esp Wesley are now living. I’m kind of wondering if perhaps he’s got another interest besides cheese and should do some filming or more photos. Course if he’s got another interest, that might really send Sophie into a tail spin which I’d be sad to see as she’s already suffering.

Sue Chef: Your Majesty, I am pleased to say that the Holy Grill has been completed. We had a delicious Just Because feast. Iggy and Iron Glove are to be commended. No to mention we have a great supply of Double Down cheese.

Queen Cat: Excellent! And I understand two great universities are planning an exchange program for the Colleges of Cheese Making.

Violet-Ifa: And we plan to offer a dual major with the College of Cheese Taking.

Queen Cat: And today I declare a feast for Just Because!

I will not know true peace of mind until Sophie’s broken heart is healed!

At least she’s no longer dressed like a Victorian ghost!

I think our Sophie is right on schedule in her processing of heartache. Soon she will be wondering what she ever saw in that cad, Wesley. Time for a cheesy Hallmark movie!

And know I love ice cream much better than cheese.”

That is a beautiful painting! She has really captured his essence.

Journaling is such good mental exercise anyway! I love notebooks and pens, and I am a fan of journaling. It started when I was a child and I read Harriet the Spy. The idea of writing down observations just clicked with me and I’ve been a journaler ever since. That’s just about 50 years now…

I love her many shades of blue outfit. Adding some color seems like a step in the right direction. Just hope her journaling frown will be turned upside down soon!

No matter how good an artist one is, you just can’t paint the accompanying aroma…

Sophie is left pawed. How come I hadn’t noticed it before? Our present cat is right pawed.

Poor Sophie. It was doomed from the beginning, as Wesley was only a foster ferret.

I owe an apology to my friends here and to Georgia. I made a comment here yesterday that I should not have made and I am really sorry. I deleted that comment.

I know it is no excuse, but yesterday, April 28, was the anniversary of my divorce from my first husband, that I thought I was going to grow old with and have a family. I’ve been in other relationships, but have never had kids.

Georgia, I know you’re going through a hard time and I am so sorry if I said anything that hurt you. Love always! ❤️
