what is That Guy Brad holding? a bag of kibble with a long string? and why is there a question mark after the word kibble? love seeing Sophie with Starfish Squeaker, who still looks a little pink and purple to me.
I love Angora’s fashions! I want the outfit she’s wearing, especially her pink hat. Does she have her own fashion boutique, I wonder, or does she have an online CATalogue?
I love the little details—wad of tin foil on the rabbit ears of the TV, Beatrix in front of the TV like a little kid, Starfish Squeaker still showing evidence of all she had been through in the Tidy people’s house, Snowball’s almost hat of adventure (or in his case, hat of avarice) and Kit’s festive scarf!
Hmm, I don’t think we’ve opened the Grumbling Room just yet. (NOT because we’re looking at the first Our IX Lives in FOREVER . . . we just haven’t quite gotten around to it.)
It’s probably time, though. I suppose I should start taking the dust covers off of the furniture. We’ll need to have it open in time for the sleigh ride, we wouldn’t want to miss, er, accidentally see that.
Hopefully, no one will sabotage the sleigh and strand them in the wilderness. Of course, we don’t know anyone who would do that! I wonder if Bandit and his (or whomever the father is) psychic kittens will be in this? They would be able to rescue them, perhaps.
We will, of course, actively avoid watching or even hearing about anything to do with this ridiculous soap opera. We have better things to do than to watch silly soap operas. I hope . . . er, suppose . . . that no one’s fixed the door to the Grumbling Room so that it will close and block out the television noise from the other room. That television is always turned up so loud that we almost can’t help hearing it. (The volume knob? I don’t know where it is! Someone probably pulled it off and lost it. It’s definitely not hidden in one of the drawers in the Grumbling Room!)
LOL! Pawmark! Thank you Georgia! Pretty much nailed every single plot, of a holiday Hallmark movie! Ha Ha Ha! The, Artificial Christmas tree farm, was a hilarious touch!
What a wonderful Christmas/Holiday present from Georgia! Exactly what we need to lift spirits and hope for the new year, a special presentation that will surely end happily for the good cats and badly for the cheating and grifting cats.
Who’s under the table with Sophie? Is that Agatha? I’m so looking forward to this and for the first time ever, I realized this is the first comic and saved it! My slow brain isn’t realizing in the middle of a story line that I should have caught the beginning, for a change.
I’m really looking forward to this story arc. I’m signing off on Go Comics and skipping the rest of my reads for today. I found my mother’s doughnut recipe, and it’s time to make the doughnuts!
Look at everyone! Sophie and Li’l Starfish Squeaker under the ironing board with Natasha and snacks. Beatrix on the ironing board. Pucky and Burt. Gutter and Chitter & Chatter in the window! It’s a party!
OT:Curtain liners have arrived. But I need a few extra curtain rods. They just won’t hang on the rod with the curtains as described. No biggie. I’ll be out Tuesday morning. Until then I have taken down the curtains and hung the liners in their place, for now. My windows are going to be very crowded. I have the curtains on one rod, will have the liners on another in between that space and a third rod above them for the valance that goes with the curtains. But they look so nice it’ll be worth the effort. I’m worn out. I did something to my elbow last week, still pretty swollen. I’m going to call the Dr tomorrow morning. The swelling should have gone done by now, even with me messing with curtains today.

Talk of the big city kitty reminds me of a Facebook friend of mine, who named one of his cats “Ibiki” (short for “itty-bitty kitty”).
And, hey—toss in a “city”, and you could have “Ibiciki” for “itty-bitty city kitty”!
