I bet that he’s about ready for a new one soon.

Winky is always ready for a new spleen.

Maybe it’s Dr. Mel’s time machine that needs a new remote.

I wonder if Winky is in the new “Star Trek” movie.

Trival Question: How soon after starting this strip did Winky first lose his spleen? (Anwser tomorrow).

Winky’s so game, he just goes along with whatever’s happening wherever he is! Looks like that spleen must be functioning ok for now.

So Dr. Mel really did send Winky out on a crusade.

I’m glad to see the Spleen hasn’t been destroyed in this day’s strip. Sometimes it’s just more funny to see him in a stressful situation.

Congrats, Mr. Rickard. This is one of the funniest strips I’ve ever seen, in the top ten for certain. The depiction of Winky in the monitor, brandishing period weapons with all those warriors, for such a silly cause, is so charming it’s priceless.

And my poem:
