Hey, an observer’s got to eat! Is their only one observer? If that’s so, he’s got to miss something going on in the universe. Where does he store his information? Does he have a laptop or something? Dude should work on his posture. After an eon or two he’s gonna have back problems. Man, I could go for some pop corn about now..

And I guess the Observers don’t mind watching reruns – which is what I’ve felt like ever since Battlestar Galactica told us we repeat everything every 150,000 years!

As in Twilight Zone, The Observers have a book. It’s called “To Grok Man”.

If you remember from Stranger in a Strange Land, grok means ‘drink’. Just look at the size of that soda! Winky, zat you?

The popcorn might be the process result from some airhead. Brew, zat you?

I wonder if he paid movie theater prices for that drink and popcorn?

Considering the size of that Big Gulp, he won’t be able to observe much longer before taking a break.

For the record, “To grok” means to fully comprehend something, to understand it at a deeper and more complete way than is capable by humans. Dang, now I want to read Stranger in a Strange Land again. So anyway, when do you suppose we’ll get to see today’s cartoon?
