It wasn’t that kid’s first halloween. My wife sometimes commandeered our daughter’s treats. I never did… (Of course I made sure to buy lots of my favorites to give out, and kept the left-overs for myself.)

Brilliant….although I don’t discriminate against “decoy” candy

I read “decay” candy!

I did that too. She got Necco Wafers and candy corn. I got the candy bars and Reese’s. Would have gotten away with it but a neighbor gave out doughnuts. I still have the scars.

What’s wrong with jawbreakers? Well, maybe the mini ones that come in a box…and at least she’s not one of those moms that takes the kids’ candy and either (a) replaces it with vegetables or (b) gives the kids one piece back per day

Moms are so gullible.

Don’t knock it, mom. Laying off the candy bars helps keep you lookin’ hot.

Good thing she doesn’t know Amelia from Wallace the Brave – they would be ruling the universe!

Translation: She gives her the stuff she doesn’t want.

They’re in space. There should at least be a Milky Way and Mars.

I’m not at home for trick or treaters this year.

Sheesh, I’m glad my parents never claimed any of our ToT haul for themselves. I’d have been livid.

That young woman will go far in life, mark my words.

All the stuff that no one likes.

Great costume for those to whom 2020 wasn’t all good.
