The older and wiser forget what they’ve learned and the young doesn’t want advice. That’s humanity in a nutshell.

When we tell someone we’ve forgotten more than they’ll ever know, we have still forgotten it….

I had a good comment for this one, but I forget what it was …

Now that I’m older and wiser, I ask why couldn’t I have been wiser when I was younger and stupid?

My father, may he rest in peace, had a great sense of humour. One time we were sitting around with friends telling Alzheimers jokes. My father just sat in his chair and listened (and laughed).

During a brief pause he chimed in: " I know an Alzheimers Joke".

We all listened intently while he paused for a moment.

Then he said “But I forgot it”.

It was the best joke of the day.

When this happens, all you have to do is say ‘Recalculating…’, and everyone thinks you are cutting edge.

So,.. what comic are we commenting on here?

In computers we call it bit rot.

There is also that ‘other’ thing that happens…(guy joke. If you’re female, forget it)
