That’s not gonna work, Buckles. Even if you are wearing a leash while you’re on the loose, you’re gonna need at least someone holding on to the leash. So yeah, that loophole is a bust.
Belvedere, CA, uses awkward wording for its law: “No dog shall be in a public place without its master on a leash.”
Love seeing Arden…but miss seeing him in color…so bright red.
