I foretell that there shall be many ellipses, much awing over Buckles and Lester being “cute” and “adorable,” people being glad that Lester has made yet another appearance, much more awing over Buckles and Lester being “cute” and “adorable,” people pointing out that Buckles’ body is a bit shady in the first panel, reflections of life stories, and a final hurrah of awing over how “cute” and “adorable” Buckles and Lester are. This isn’t complaints or bias, it’s just fact. Move along if it offends you, and respond if it intrigues you.

3rd panel I thought the Kardashians had something to do with it, so glad it was a Corvette!

Oooh mama, give me a ‘72 Stingray with all the chrome! I think it was ‘72/73 that was the last year of front and rear chrome but I can’t remember that detail.

I remember the car, though! :-))

I had a 1967 Stingray convertible, which I considered the last of the classy model years. I’m sorry if that offends the owners of the later models but I never liked their “big powerful” image.

I’ve only ever ridden in a 70’s ’Vette a couple of times. Rode really rough.

Amazing that Lester can tell what tires from what cars left behind tracks like that.

How about that: Today’s “Ask Shagg” rerun also uses the word “Carcharodon,” which I didn’t know before.

Lester has “wheels” of his own!
