He reminded me of my Chinook in panels 1&2 …… when I had to leave him home …………. excited to see me get back …… for a minute ……… then at least 20 minutes back to ……….. and ignoring me …… :)
It’s hard to work with a dog who is smart enough to know they don’t have to do something. It’s not impossible, but it can take as much patience as training a dog who isn’t too bright.

I don’t think shouting gets any animal to do anything…my cat sits every night for his dinner without even being asked.
