Oh wait, it’s an elaborate greeting card…..

What a lovely rhyme to set the Hallowe’en mood! My personal favorite panel is the second-to-last. There’s something cool about that neighborhood shot I really like! Though, what can I say? Mr. Gilbert did a fine job on everything, as always. Happy Hallowe’en!

But was always David did a great job with his images today . : ) It is hard to not just love the expression on Buckles face in the panel with the pumpkins though : )

There’s nothing to be afraid of, Buckles, because as Garfield once said in “Garfield’s Halloween Adventures”, these are kids just like us who are out trick-or-treating for candy on Halloween.

I must remind everyone not to respond to trolls directly. It makes them the featured comment. Buckles is a sweet and family themed, comic.

One comic, we can’t have one comic without some idiot making it political. Give it a rest cmerb.

One year, I bought a couple costumes for a friend’s Sheltie. One was a princess and the other an angel (she certainly was one without the costume.) Must admit, though, she was not happy wearing them. I think I only was able to get one picture of her wearing the princess hat before she squirmed out of it. (Couldn’t even get the angel halo on her head she was too wiggly for it. Silly girl, she is missed so much even after 19 years.)

Excellent strip, Mr. Gilbert. Last panel-Buckles is priceless.
