I work for a Conservation District. We work with Boroughs, Townships, Land Developers, among many others. And we work 80% of our time with farmers. It never fails. We get phone calls from people who lived in cities like Philly or Pittsburgh, move to the country, usually right near a farm that has been there for years, even decades, and then call us wanting us to penalize the farmer because “their” air smells. What idiots!
I have to be polite, but what I really want to say is, “Then why did you move near a farm, fool!”
