Hobbes expression in Panel 2 is priceless and Calvin’s is too in Panel 4. In fact this whole series of Calvin and Hobbes makes me laugh out loud. I gave my grandson several books on this cartoon, but read them first. I laughed so hard. But I can see why Mr Watterson retired, it must be difficult to think of something on a daily basis that is amusing and ironic at the same time.
