As the wise man never said – humans are just animals.

“Only human” doesn’t really cut it for me.

I’ve been asking those same questions in 2019.

Everybody can see when someone else is greedy or mean, but …

Humans haven’t changed much over the centuries Calvin and I would venture to say it will not happen for a very long time.

Dirt-bags like Moe aren’t human.

I love how the carnivorous tiger is concerned about being nice.

That’s the others thing about humans.,,

Does Moe remind anyone of someone? The bulling, the self-entitlement, the greed, sloth, envy and even the hair? Problem is, now nobody can poke the bully in the nose, since he’s surrounded by more Moe’s that we pay to protect him (my apologies to the stalwart agents who are just doing their jobs).

This is sort of like the pot calling kettle black.

People ruin everything.

Hurt people hurt people.

That’s the " only" problem, Hobbes!

40 years later and everyone is still like this.

Oh sure; let’s take advice from a Tiger about being “nice!”

Hobbes is The Wisest Tiger in the land.

Just wait til he’s an old man. He’ll get 46 percent of the vote and become president. Then his bullying will have no bounds.

“I’m only human” is a sad excuse for being a jerk… rather than recognizing a failure and apologizing— and then trying to improve.

Kid, in 18 years remember not to put this on your resume.

Welcome to the real world Calvin. You will meet many more like this bully.

Glad he has good ol’ Hobbes to talk with.

That’s pretty rich considering what a massive jerk Calvin is at times.

Moe actually grows up to become president of the United States.

I just tilted my head to read the date on this comic. Thought was recent for split second

Calvin should watch the “Opie and the Bully” episode of “The Andy Griffith Show”. Calvin should have tried to have fight Moe because he’ll hate himself for the rest of his life for being too much of a wimp to try and take back his truck. A broken nose will heal a lot faster than a broken psyche.
