    The same as GOD is everywhere all the time. Maybe they are related? Think about all the aspects of both that are the same. They both live up there. They both watch you. They both listen to you. They both fulfill your wishes. They both know who is good and bad. They both move in a flash of an eye and neither can be ever seen!, although they do have representatives that stand in for them. Lets not even talk about all the illegalities of Santa..
