Cathy: What should I do, Mom? I'm supposed to move in a week, and the furniture I ordered two years ago still hasn't shown up. Mom: I'll march down to that store and demand service! I'll write the Better Business Bureau! I'll organize my friends and picket the shopping center!! I'll speak to the manager, the supervisor and the president of the company, and then I'll plant myself in a display model and not budge until I get action!! If you'd ask for help more often, I could let it out in smaller doses.
