The government spent 84 years writing it and spends $75 billion a year enforcing it. However, it doesn't publish it. Thanks to you, one of the 500, 000 people who earn their living dealing with the tax code will actually have a copy of it! Cathy: The I.R.S. has to buy copies of its own tax code??!
