Cathy: Happy Mother's Day mom! I'm so sorry I snappedat you last week... Mom: Oh, don't worry about it, Cathy! I stuck my nose where it didn't belong! Cathy: It wasn't just last week...I've been sort of cranky with you all month. Mom: I ned to learn to quit butting in. Cathy: Actually, it wasn't just last month. I've been on the defensive for a year! Mom: What could you do? I got so pushy. Cathy: Why am I talking about last year?...I was weird with you for most of my thirties...I was a complete pain in my twenties...my teens, forget!...I want to do our life all over starting from age six! Mom: Fine with me! Dad: At least our family never runs out of conversation material.
