Cathy: I would start my exercise program today, except I feel too fat. moving will just make me depressed about how much of me there is to moce. When I get depressed, I eat. The only sensible approach is to stay completey motionless until I'm thin... and then start exercising! Even better, lie down so the stomach is instantly flatter! From "couch potato" to "couch personal trainer."
