Cathy: But I have to cut up the original packaging to send in the bar codes for my rebates. Salesman: Correct. Cathy: So i won't have any original packaging. Salesman: Correct. Cathy: But if i wait to send the packaging, the rebate will expire. Either way. I'm stuck! Salesman: Correct. Cathy: Aack! Salesman: I said "our satisfaction guarantee," not "your satisfaction guarantee." Salesman 2: They never listen to the fine print.
