Mom and Dad: No "user-friendly," "time-saving devices" that come with an online manual, system set-up DVD and/or a tutorial CD/ROM!! Dad: What did we write so far? Mom: "Disk error. Application unexpectedly quit." Dad: Heaven help us. Mom: Just don't make us visit your web site!!
