Cathy: Come back! After the holidays, I was going to start a slow, sensible portion-reduction program that would get me ready for swimsuit season. By February, I'd be changing my workout weekly to boost metabolism and motivation. By April, I'd be mixing in toning sessions to perfect specific muscle groups. I did the research! I had a strategy! It was all within my grasp!! ...And suddenly it's the last weekend in June and I haven't even gotten around to doing day one of the January plan!! Voice (out of frame): Do you need a different size? Cathy: Yes. I need a larger year.
