She’s still their little girl. And they’re still her parents.

My fifteen year old daughter does the eye roll all the time. I keep waiting for them to hit her skull and roll around for a while!

She sees them all the time. Why does a middle aged woman have to go stay at her parents’ house in the same town, for a week every Christmas? I always found it creepy and weird. Besides, I’ve only seen sons get drooled over like this, never a daughter. Creepy and weird!

I think it’s the ‘only child’ syndrome - applies to males and females alike.
I suffer from ‘third child’ (out of three) syndrome. I am also the youngest of 21 cousins. I’m always the baby of the family, even though I’m in my 40s. I really hate it when relatives still call me by my baby name! Gross!
