REAL CLOTHES FOR REAL WOMEN WITH REAL CREDIT LINES Saleswoman: Welcome to spring fashion and the simplest, most down-to-earth trend in decades: We call it "The Girl Next Door"! A nice cotton shirt. A pretty floral skirt. A basic tee. Classic cardigan. Khakis. Seersucker blazer. Denim leggings! Racerback tank! Taffeta mini-dress! Zebra-print bubble skirt! Striped tunic! Gossamer evening gown! Polka dot bustier! Strapless smock! Tie-dyed peasant blouse! Spandex power suit! Batik-print sarong! Sequined sports bra! Tribal gaucho pants! Linen trousers! Ruffled trapeze top! Sateen pencil skirt! Cathy: This is "The Girl Next Door"?? Saleswoman: "The Girl Next Door who never cleans out her closet"! Assistant: At last! A look we can relate to!
I still think the sales ladies should wear all those stupid clothes – if they relate so well, why don’t they wear them?
