Ballet, Yoga, and walking 2-3 miles/day (on alternating days) helps but doesn’t do it completely. I still had to join Weight Watchers because of meds I’m on. I do agree that there is far, far, far too much temptation everywhere we go – restaurants, offices, even the stores serve food as you go thru.
