My dogs definitely try to talk, and the bichon can even smile. If you look at the picture, you can tell he’s smiling. I’ve rarely seen a dog actually smile. Dogs do have their ways of telling you things, so Cathy has a right to be fearful. Watch what you say, Cathy!
